Returns and refunds

We accept returns on any product bought from the store, on these terms:

1. Tell us within 10 days of delivery or collection, by email or on (01) 541 5486, with your order number.
2. All goods must be in a resalable condition for a refund to be issued: unused, unopened where they came sealed, complete, and in their original packaging. Beams, uprights and shelves that have been assembled, cut, drilled, marked or scratched cannot be resold and cannot be refunded.
3. If your order arrived palletised, it must come back to us palletised the same way it was received.
4. Goods are returned to our Leixlip warehouse (Tower Hill, Confey, Leixlip, W23 F8YP), Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, by arrangement. Because of the load sizes involved, getting them back to us is the customer's responsibility and at the customer's cost.
5. We inspect the goods when they arrive. Where they are in a resalable condition we refund the price of the goods, less a restocking charge of 15% of the product price, to the original payment method within 10 days. The original delivery charge is not refunded.
6. Made-to-order items, such as cantilever racking and mezzanine floors built to your dimensions, cannot be returned unless faulty.

None of this affects your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Damage

If anything arrives damaged, we'll replace it. Let us know by email or phone (01) 541 5486, and include photos of the damage.
