What we stock

Modular shelving, also called kit bay shelving, is our usual answer for archive storage. Each bay takes ten average archive boxes, and two continuous bays take twenty-five. Bays stand 2000mm high × 900mm wide, in depths of 400mm, 500mm and 600mm, and take three to seven shelves, with a safe working load of 110kg per level and 550kg per bay. The pre-galvanised steel finish wipes clean, so it goes into hospitals, clean rooms, changing rooms and schools.

For garages and domestic storage, bays can be built to any height from 300mm to 2000mm. We hold this range in volume year round.

The same bay, specified differently

This is the system we sell as industrial shelving for warehouses, in a pre-galvanised finish with the shelf count set for boxes and files rather than cartons. If you are fitting out a store room or a warehouse floor, that page carries the priced bays.
